Welcome
Let’s Stop Bullying is an anti-bullying initiative aimed at raising awareness within local communities about the impact of bullying.

Addressing a wide range of sensitive and complex issues, the initiative seeks to break down barriers, encourage open conversations, and bring these important topics into the spotlight.

Our platform provides access to supportive resources that children, young people, and adults can use to obtain helpful, practical, and discreet guidance.

Through education, awareness, and community engagement, we aim to promote a safer, more supportive environment for everyone.
Captain Bully

Hi, my name is Captain Bully.

My mission is to raise awareness about all forms of bullying and to help create safer, kinder environments for everyone. I hope you find the information and support you need here.

You might not believe this… but when I was younger, I was a bully.

I called people names.
I pushed others in corridors.
I took things that weren’t mine.
I made people feel small.

I thought it was funny. I thought it made me look strong.

I was wrong.

It wasn’t until a few years later, after I had left school, that I truly understood the damage I had caused. That realisation hit me hardest when my younger sister was bullied. I saw her come home upset. I saw her confidence disappear. I saw her dread going to school.

And suddenly… I understood.

I understood the fear.
The embarrassment.
The loneliness.

I realised I had once made other children feel exactly the same way.

That was the moment everything changed for me.

Bullying doesn’t make you powerful.
It doesn’t make you respected.
It doesn’t make you strong.

It makes you hurt people.

Now, I dedicate my time to raising awareness, encouraging kindness, and helping others understand the real impact of bullying.

Because change is possible.

If I can change — so can you.
